Wagon Wheel Lounge in Lava Hot Springs

My Hawaiian burger and fries were DELICIOUS. Unfortunately I got food poisoning 😬 all the people in the restaurant we so super nice and quick. One of the bar tenders was super rude.

Not bad local talk drunk woman in there like always ruining it for everyone.

Nice little bar, hometown feel with $3 beers and live music, the bad was phenomenal! They came out into the crowd and played while we sang along. It was such a fun night with our friends. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars was due to the manager (Lindsay) causing a scene with a drunk woman. This situation was not handled with kindness and finesse, we all felt bad for her being treated so badly and it sucked the fun out of the rest of our time there.

Wow... Can't even verbalize. The owner thought some guys in the bar had vandalized the bathroom. So she comes out and calls last call. Some random local says sorry that was me. So she announces that since this guy said sorry, we can continue to drink. And she buys this other random guy a drink as a sorry for accusing him. And I thought Jackie at Bullwinkle's in West was bad 😳

This is a great bar! They have good bands and low price drinks.

Enjoyed atmosphere & people we met!

The atmosphere was relaxed. Bloody mary was delicious and well worth the $9. However, with only one pool table that had a time limit it didnt lend itself to more than mainly daytime drinking. Will go again to experience the music!

Had a wonderful experience here. All the people here, patrons and employees, are very friendly and helpful. It was my first time in this very cute touristy town and the first pub I found left me very disappointed so I had one and left. This place has a much better location right on Main Street in the center of town. The prices are quite reasonable, they don't try to gouge the tourists. I'll be returning to this establishment.

Gross place they allow smoking and has zero ventilation. Wish there were a zero star option

I stopped by for a quick drink, and Sandy was there. A total delight. Very friendly staff, extremely clean establishment. I cannot vouch for what it looks like at night, when it's probably busiest, but around noon it was a very nice atmosphere. Their well gin is great, and I had an unexpectedly delicious mimosa there too. And a cup of espresso just because. Their prices are very cheap compared to any other bar in Utah, at least - not to mention how generous they are in their alcoholic pouring when mixing drinks.

The food is ok, I have had better pancakes. The service takes too long for your meal to arrive. They are busy though so more cooks and servers would be helpful.

It was quite but it was the middle of the day so tonight it should pick up. Bartender was great! We'll be back

Really cute back area and the music was surprisingly good. The drinks were limited but the selection I tried was super yummy. The people were amazing and the service was the best I had received in town.

Fun Bartender! Makes a mean bloody Mary full of veggies and bacon! Didn't order food, but they have menus from restaurant next door, delivered to you! Sandwiches and Burgers looked great!

Came back three times in a day, the first bar tender was super rad and very nice, locals were very nice.. second time was rad.. third time had a chance to visit with sandra the bartender and she was a true delight.. definitely the bar I'm coming to from now on anytime I'm in Lava

Unless you're at the bar forget getting service. Otherwise a cool bar

The female bartenders are very pleasant.... And they will order you food from next door that is really very good.... Nice friendly atmosphere, no complaints whatsoever....

Probably the worst experience I and my friends have ever had. Trying to be fair and objective, and after sleeping on it I feel that I can confidently judge the wagon wheel this way. Perhaps it was because I visited fourth of July weekend, perhaps it was a fluke however, staff was extremely unfriendly, simply ordering a beer was met with animosity from the staff. Two of my friends were harassed by the patrons at the establishment as well while ordering and the situation and had be to defused by myself and my friends while just trying to order a drink. Got our one drink and got the hell out of there. Don't think I'd feel good spending another dime here.

Smokey. Very strong cigarette oders - ughh! If you smoke this is your place. If not you may struggle because you are not used to it. Beers are cheap and bar is not bad for a sit down. Mostly a locals hang out. We had to leave because our eyes watered and stung and clothes smelled of cigarettes. Do I sound wimpy? - perhaps yes; if you enjoy the old-world of inhaling highly toxic cancerous gases and fumes into your body aka "smoking." If this bar had a no-smoking inside rule, I would have hung out there all day. Great beers, great prices in a comfortable atmosphere - a traditional bar like feeling or watering hole. Next time I'll rent a gas mask.

Great bar tenders better drinks

Their fried chicken is the best and their service is even better. It has lovely views. We've been going there for years when we visit the hot pools. It's always yummy.

I've been coming here for 16 years. Mainly because there's not many options in this lovely little town. I run a business that teaches and inspires individuals to treat customers with upmost respect and 5* service which could make me a tough critic but I'm wildly embarrassed for the owners. And I assume they have no idea what's happening in their business. The entire staff completely ignored our party of 2 as well as the party of 8 in front of us. The older, short woman (headband scarf around her head) with extremely unprofessional attitude behind the bar counter literally had me speechless. So rude, zero tact. 100% unprofessional. And she behaved in such a manner in front of the entire restaurant. Currently at 78 main with great service and better food. The party of 8 is here as well. We will be consistently transferring our business elsewhere.

Love the food, staff and atmosphere. Mandy, Sandy and Luna are deliciously unforgettable.
